Branch manager

This position is accountable for compliant growth in market share through acquisition, deepening existing relationships and cross sell for all products. This incumbent is the face of branch and leads the branch staff to address customer service and transactional needs.

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Related professional certification would be an added advantage
  • Minimum Bachelors or equivalent degree

  Customer Service Operations Manager

This position is accountable to sure optimal productivity and overall service standards. The incumbent will ensure that the branch remains continually in compliance with the requirement of both Banking Pk and State bank of Pakistan.

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum 3 to 4 year experience in multiple functions in branch operations
  • Related professional certification would be an added advantage
  • Minimum bachelors or equivalent degree

Chief Teller

This position is accountable to assist Customer Services & Operations Manger by ensuring compliant transaction processing. Managing ATM operations and maintaining optional cash levels in branch vault.

Experience & Qualification

  • 3 to 4 years’ experience as teller or comparable cash handing and reporting
  • Candidate having familiarity with ATM operations and regulatory framework will be preferred
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education

  • Practical Knowledge of MS office and core banking applications
  • Strong analytical and processing skills (based on volume, speed and accur
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
